Melius Homes, is derived from the Latin meaning ‘make better' and quite simply it describes how we are driven to create better homes and better places for people to live.

We design, fabricate and construct new homes and transform existing dwellings using a precision engineered, panelised structural timber solution, built off-site to ensure quality and reduce the impact on householders and neighbours from works on-site.
