Bilston Urban Village is a flagship development for Wolverhampton and the wider Black Country.
Lowfield Timber Frames started on site at Bilston Urban Village in August 2019. By the summer of 2020 we had supplied and erected 203 houses and a block of 24 apartments, this is one of many large schemes we are working on with Countryside Properties.

The creation and management of high-quality ‘green spaces’ will be an asset for both local communities and biodiversity.

Drawings can be submitted via post, email or in person.
We require Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections, Site and Location Plans as a minimum to provide a thorough quotation.
After appraisal, a confirmation email will be sent providing you with your unique reference number.
A written quotation will typically be provided within 10 – 14 working days of receiving your drawings.
